We provide a 12-month warranty on the main machine. Wear parts such as jaw plates, cone liners and blow bars are supplied as consumables. During the warranty period we supply replacement parts free of charge for quality-related defects.

Yes. We keep stock of frequently used wear parts - jaw plates, cone liners, blow bars, hammers, screen meshes, bearings and electrical parts - and ship worldwide. We recommend ordering a set of wear parts together with the machine.

Yes. We offer on-site installation supervision and operator training. For most markets we can also arrange remote video guidance by our engineers, which saves travel cost and time.

Common terms are 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance before shipment, or an irrevocable L/C at sight for larger orders. Flexible terms can be discussed based on order value and cooperation history.

One unit is enough to start. Most customers begin with a single crusher and expand to a complete plant later. We support step-by-step plant growth.

We usually ship from Qingdao, Tianjin or Shanghai, China. The port is confirmed in the proforma invoice, and we arrange export documentation including packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin and bill of lading.
