Challenge

River pebbles are hard and highly abrasive. The customer wanted to produce both crushed aggregate and manufactured sand from a single plant.

Solution

We designed a three-stage line: jaw crusher for primary, spring cone crusher for secondary and a VSI sand maker for shaping and sand production, with screens for classification.

150 t/h combined aggregate and manufactured sand output
VSI wear parts optimized for abrasive river pebble
Local commissioning team supported installation
Additional plant ordered by the customer after 6 months
