250 t/h Basalt Quarry Upgrade in Nigeria

Challenge

The existing plant could not meet growing demand for high-quality aggregate, and frequent breakdowns were costly. The customer needed a robust, low-maintenance upgrade.

Solution

We replaced the old impact-only line with a jaw + hydraulic cone configuration, added a grizzly feeder and upgraded the screening section, all matched to the customer budget.

Outcome

• Production increased from 120 t/h to 250 t/h
• Breakdowns reduced dramatically with robust crusher design
• Spare parts stock pre-positioned in Lagos
• Customer received operator training on site
