200 t/h Granite Crushing Plant in Saudi Arabia

Challenge

The customer needed a reliable 200 t/h plant to produce high-quality concrete aggregate from hard granite, with a short lead time and simple maintenance requirements for a remote site.

Solution

We supplied a PE-900×1060 jaw crusher as the primary stage, an HP-300 hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing and two YK series screens for final classification, plus full electrical and control design.

Outcome

• Stable 200 t/h output of 0-5, 5-10 and 10-20 mm aggregates
• Cubic product shape meeting concrete aggregate standards
• Plant commissioned within 4 weeks of arrival
• Ongoing spare parts supply and remote technical support
